QuestBack towards the Social Enterprise with Salesforce
A few weeks ago, I was asked to give a presentation on how QuestBack uses Salesforce as a CRM system. Fluido hosted a customer event in Oslo where more than 50 customers and prospective customers of Salesforce attended, and it was a great event for networking, ideas exchange and great presentations from both Salesforce, Fludio and customers.
I focused my presentation around a few cases we have solved in Salesforce, including data maintenance and importing of company data, data access for partners and merged companies as well as our project to develop a corporate intranet based on Salesforce.
